I don't know much about kyudo other than the fact there seems to be what appears to be a type of bow and arrow involved. I would imagine it is a Japanese tradition, but the ways in which it differs from the archery I am used to are unknown. I think the only thing you need to become good at kyudo, like any other skill are time and the dedication to get better at the craft. I would love to ask the guest speaker what originally made them get into kyudo, and if there was anything they would change when first learning it.
